Open Burn Information
The Online Burn Procedure is good only in the unincorporated areas of Lyon County. If you live within the city limits of any city you will need to contact your City Hall for burning information. Burn permits for the City of Emporia can be obtained by contacting Emporia Fire Department at (620) 343-4230.
